Wealth Management Assistant

FT/PT:  Full-Time

Responsible for supporting the administration of Wealth Management business. This position will be responsible for committee minutes, consolidating reports and collecting system data, producing presentations, fulfilling compliance and audit information requests. Additional responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining information repositories, and organizing the wealth administration files. 


    College degree or commensurate experience preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years in an administrative support position. 
    Demonstrated competence with MS Power Point, Word, Excel, and Adobe writer.
    Knowledge and functional ability to use MS Outlook and Teams to schedule meetings and training.
    Prior DocuSign and Electronic Document Database experience or the ability to learn how to use both systems to assist with reporting and compliance support.
    Ability to track and maintain central repositories of information on a variety of systems. 
    Independently complete assigned tasks by assigned deadlines. 
    Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively with all levels.


    Provide administrative support with professionalism and accuracy.
    Record minutes for the Wealth Division Committees.
    Prepare, distribute and maintain various reports for committee meetings.
    Produce Wealth Management reports and presentations.
    Maintain calendar by scheduling meetings and education events. 
    Provide information as requested by Compliance, Auditors, and Examiners 
    Maintain Sharepoint site with updated Policy, Procedures, and Forms
    Produce or collect required reports from Docusign and Trustdesk.
    Amend and produce PDF forms as directed.
    Participate in all required training sessions for compliance.
    Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
    Responsible for special projects as assigned.
