Coord, ATM Banking

FT/PT:  Full-Time

Establishes and maintains priorities related to all activities supporting the ATM Banking channel on a daily basis. Is responsible for a consistent client experience throughout the ATM network.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Associate’s degree and 5 years commensurate experience.
  • At least 3 years experience in card servicing and/or teller supervision is required.
  • 3-5 years banking experience desired in ATM services.
  • Thorough understanding of REG E, REG CC, OCC, REG Z and Federal Reserve rules and regulations regarding the operation of ATMs.
  • Working knowledge of network operating regulations for STAR, NYCE, MasterCard and Visa as well as Bank Policy as it relates to Tellers, Personal Bankers and Deposit Operations supporting ATM transactions. Familiarity with Metavante system a plus.
  • Ability to use Windows XP, Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes and create spreadsheets to support business analysis and presentations. 
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Team oriented individual with developed leadership skills and ability to work independently
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, settlement and reconciliation processes.
  • Position may require the need to travel to other branch or meeting locations.


  • Manage daily functions in a timely manner to maintain service levels. 
  • Enforce and perform all duties with respect to confidentiality of client information.
  • Serves as a knowledge expert for all subjects involving ATM banking.
  • Represent the bank with external partners and industry representatives.
  • Coordinate network support activities to maintain ATM banking network availability.
  • Review, evaluate, initiate and develop business cases for ATM banking deployments.
  • Assist in the supervision of daily activities to support ATM banking operations.
  • Assist manager in maintaining current, relevant and compliant policies and procedures for ATM banking.
  • Assist in preparation of management reports, quality reviews, budget forecasts and monitor reconciliations associated with ATM Banking.
  • Coordinate and assist in planning and execution of all equipment deployments and upgrades.
  • Oversee assigned projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Perform and backup all ATM Banking Manager duties as needed.
  • Monitor and report on Uptime, Client Experience and Service Standards.
  • Assist in review and allocation of billings for networks and other external vendors.
  • Communicate ATM issues and pending problems to appropriate parties for resolution.
  • Monitor ATM and G/L ledger reconciliations.  Ensure outstanding items are expedited, researched and cleared appropriately. Perform backup reconciliations as needed..
  • Coordinate and conduct all ATM banking training to include balancing and maintenance activities on an annual basis
