POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the ongoing management and evolution of the Consumer Bank’s insights and analytics team, aligned with the strategic plan and priorities of the organization. The incumbent will collaborate extensively with Consumer Sales Leadership, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to plan, prioritize, and oversee the continual optimization of the organization’s digital platform performance reporting, KPI attainment, client engagement and relationship development.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 10+ years managerial experience with data analytics and insights within a Consumer Banking context
  • Proven experience developing and driving analytics and insights used to drive/inform digital platform evolution, sales coaching routines, product performance, and client engagement opportunities
  • Expert level proficiency with master data management tools, Google Analytics, and data visualization solutions such as Power BI
  • Proven ability to communicate with impact including written plans to gain commitment/approval from FMB senior and executive management
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lines of business
  • Significant experience managing and guiding teams to create best in class system, client and banker-driven insights and analytics

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for developing and popularizing key insights and analytics to drive acquisition, origination, and onboarding performance improvement opportunities across all consumer banking channels
  • Oversees the design and ongoing management of the performance reporting needs of the Consumer Bank
  • Plan and manage budgets, personnel requirements, team development and financial activities required for reporting performance expectations
  • Keep apprised of competitive/industry trends and insights, incorporating same into daily activities and long-term plans
