Head, Digital Platforms

Responsible for the daily management and evolution of the Consumer Bank’s sales and service platforms, aligned with the strategic plan and priorities of the organization. The incumbent will collaborate extensively with Executive Leadership, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to plan, prioritize, and oversee the continual enhancements to the organization’s portfolio of consumer banking technology investments.


•    Minimum of 10+ years Senior Managerial Experience in Consumer Banking, IT and/or Marketing with demonstrated experience in Digital Platform Management and Customer Experience
•    Proven experience executing digital banking strategy for client/product acquisition for a regional bank
•    Proven ability to build and manage on-line and branch origination platforms that leverage best in class technology, creating a measurable competitive advantage in account opening, funding, and closing (loans and deposits)
•    Proven ability to communicate with impact including written plans to gain commitment/approval from FMB executive management 
•    Ability to work collaboratively across departments and line of business
•    Significant experience managing and guiding teams to create a best in class client experience with well-defined KPI’s/benchmarking in on success


•    Responsible for customer experience, technology design, origination process, respective income and expense base for digital sales and service platforms
•    Oversees the design and client onboarding process for new account origination, online/mobile banking enrollment, and overall digital client engagement
•    Plan and manage budgets, personnel requirements, team development and financial activities required for reporting performance again annual and multi-year expectations
•    Keep apprised of competitive/industry trends and insights, incorporating same into daily activities and long-term plans
