New Hire Training
New to Retail Banking?  No problem!  Our extensive Retail onboarding program ensures that as long as you have the desire to learn, we provide the tools you need to succeed.  Personal Banker and Consumer Banking Representatives receive 10 weeks of a blended program incorporating classroom, eLearning, and virtual courses; all with the goal of setting you up for success within your first 90 days.

Professional Development
Our wide array of professional development offerings from Assertiveness Skills to Project Management to Business Writing provides all levels the ability to grow in their career.  Courses are offered online and in the classroom.

Management/Leadership Development
We know the key to strong performance is strong leadership.  Whether new to management or a seasoned leader, First Midwest Bank works in partnership with industry leaders in management and leadership content development and facilitation to deliver engaging, practical learning to ensure participants have the skills to motivate others to be their best.
